ABOUT ME
Born and raised in the area and now based in fantastic Whitley Bay, I rediscovered my love of running several years ago, after prior injury ended my canoeing career.
I am extremely passionate about being active, healthy and sharing my passion with others, no matter their pace or ambition; I am here to support you.
I'm both a competitive member of my local club and keen participant at Parkrun. Coupled to my love and knowledge of the North East, I can assure you of a fun and informative run.

NEW TO RUNNING
from only £5 (groups of 5 or more)
Specifically designed for those new to running or getting back after a lay off.  Easy pace, chat and the opportunity for a community based social in stunning surroundings.  As we know, running is great; but it's even better with friends.

NEWCASTLE CITY
from £15 pp
A tour of approximately 5km which takes in St. James Park, Bigg Market, Quayside and bridges, Grey Street, Northumberland Street and the University Campus.
We will meet at Haymarket metro station and this is also where our tour will terminate.
Approximately 1 hour in total.
TYNESIDE COAST
from £15 pp
A run of approximately 8 km, we will start at Whitley Bay, in front of the Spanish City Dome and make our way along the largely traffic free coast path towards Tynemouth before retracing our steps back to Whitley Bay. Â
Depending on the group we may wish to drop down onto the beaches or take in some steps and hill ramps.
